The castle of Fénelon is a medieval fortress, surrounded by three still-intact fortification walls. The most famous offspring of the Fénelon family was a confidant of Louis XIV. He was fond of drinking an aperitif based on cahors wine, nut liqueur and cassis, a drink that still bears his name to this day. We always have a bottle at home.
