The city of SouillacThe abbey church of Souillac proudly houses a Stoltz organ. Orignally built in 1840, the organ was classified as a historic monument and completely restored in 1988. For who wants to experience its sound first-hand, there is the annual festival ‘l’Heure d’Orgue’: every Sunday evening in the summer, a select group of musicians will treat you to a free concert.
