Most beautiful villages, Towns and villagesAutoire is located on the edge of a valley. From the village center you make take a nice stroll towards the (at times) spectacular waterfall. After a long drought the sight can be somewhat less specctacular. The village was once a popular summer residence for the wealthy from nearby Saint-Céré, and as a result counts no less than seven castles.
